OUR SERVICES
CUSTOM DYEING
Custom dyeing is a core part of our offering. Our workshop allows us to dye your fabrics according to your master colours, in compliance with your technical requirements and applicable standards. Our machines are specifically designed for polyamide-based materials. Thanks to our GRS certification, we can also dye GRS-certified fabrics.
Each project begins with a compatibility assessment. We analyse the textile or any polyamide-based component and carry out a dye test. A sample is then sent for customer approval. This process ensures accurate colour reproduction and a perfect match with your expectations.
Our automated equipment enables us to handle a wide range of volumes, from small runs for designers to large-scale production for international companies. This flexibility allows us to adapt to all collection cycles.
Custom dyeing also ensures colour harmony across the various components of a single design—an essential factor in delivering a cohesive and successful collection.
We can also review and accommodate specific dyeing requirements, such as cotton dyeing.
CUSTOM STRAIGHT-CUT BINDING
We offer a custom straight-cut binding service for brands wishing to outsource this production step. This service transforms full fabric rolls into bindings cut to the desired width. These strips are known as straight-cut binding. Thanks to our GRS certification, we can also process GRS-certified fabrics.
Each fabric is inspected prior to processing using our control machines. Cutting parameters are adjusted according to the material and required width on our CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
Custom slitting saves valuable time in workshops, simplifies assembly operations, and reduces the risk of errors.
For improved traceability in your storage areas, each bundle can be individually identified. A label with text and a barcode is affixed to each piece. This fully customisable option allows you to include colours, references, lengths, or other relevant information.
ULTRASONIC CUTTING AND SEALING
We also provide an ultrasonic cutting and sealing service. This technology ensures clean, precise cuts while sealing the edges to prevent fraying.
Ultrasonic sealing offers exceptional accuracy and is ideal for components requiring a high-quality finish. It enhances both the visual appearance and technical performance of the final product.
In addition, ultrasonic cutting improves the strength of certain components. It produces parts that are perfectly suited for precise assembly, helping brands secure their production processes and achieve greater efficiency.
